Sail with Skyelark to explore the Caribbean in luxury from St Lucia.
Join Skyelark as she sails and explores some of the most idyllic islands in the Caribbean. Your starting point is the island of St Lucia, where volcanic spires rise out of the water almost vertically – one of the most spectacular landmarks of St Lucia.
Setting the sails
With ideal sailing conditions and fantastic weather, this is blue water cruising at its best. There are ample opportunities to explore a stunning collection of islands, go snorkelling amongst colourful reef fish and turtles, and enjoy fresh barbequed lobster on the beach at sundown. Starting and finishing in St Lucia, this cruise would typically include St Vincent, Bequia, Tobago Cays and Union Island.
St Vincent and the Grenadines – a southern Caribbean nation comprising the main island, St. Vincent and a chain of smaller idyllic islands. With azure blue harbours, chic private isles and volcanic landscapes, the Grenadines are made of islands such as reef-lined Bequia Island, the celebrity island of Mustique and the snorkelling paradise in the colourful underwater world of Tobago Cays.
Seemingly untouched by tourist exploitation, these islands offer white sandy beaches on deserted islands, crystal clear waters gently rolling the shores, refreshing waterfalls to explore and great walking trails throughout.
Under the stars
Aboard Skyelark each meal will be home-cooked using locally available ingredients where possible, resulting in the most delicious spread of food every evening. With minimal light pollution, the Caribbean have some of the clearest skies you’ll have ever seen so make use of Skyelark’s generous seating area on deck and eat beneath the stars.
