Space to Breathe
Whilst you won’t ever be sailing alone, there will always be plenty of space for you to enjoy time out, read a book, soak up the scenery or simply take a moment to yourself.
Many choose to travel alone to reconnect with themselves, escaping the constant phone notifications or busy modern lives. Indulge in a peaceful moment as the day breaks, watch for wildlife on deck and stargaze at night, our sailing ventures offer plenty of space for reflection, dipping in and out of companionship as you need.
Affordable Solo Adventure Holidays
Travelling solo can be expensive but our adventure holidays for singles are an affordable way for single travellers to explore the globe.
If you are happy to sleep in shared quarters then there will be no single supplement on the cost of your trip. These arrangements are more common in our traditional boats such as Bessie Ellen, Pellew and Escape who are all traditional working ships.
Should you be keen on a cabin then there is the option of a twin cabin at no extra charge, as long as you are comfortable sharing the space with another guest of the same gender. As the majority of your time on board will be spent on deck or in the saloon, you don’t need to worry too much about spending time with your cabin mate as the cabins are really only used for sleeping and dressing.
Understandably, the idea of sharing a space doesn’t appeal to everyone, so there is the option to enjoy a cabin to yourself by paying a single supplement fee. This amount ranges in price across our fleet, but it is usually around 50%, perhaps a small price to pay for being able to spread out and unwind after a day sailing.
