Catamarans are renowned for their stable, smooth sailing, which reduces the risk of seasickness whilst providing maximum sailing opportunities in various wind directions. Catamaran Agave is a Lagoon 46, one of the fastest catamarans on the market, and an absolute joy to sail and cruise in.
The saloon sits between the two hulls at deck level with a spacious galley and saloon area; it’s undoubtedly the heart of the boat. Each hull features a dropped stepped transom, making it easy to get on and off the ship.
Sliding doors open directly onto a comfortable outdoor seating area, perfect for alfresco lunches. There’s also plenty of space to lounge, sunbathe and meditate at the front of the boat. Two sets of steps lead into each hull from the saloon, with both offering two luxurious double en-suite cabins. The crew sleep in separate cabins in the fore of each hull, so there’s plenty of space for its eight guests.
Discover what life is like on board Agave as she treats her guests to luxury sailing holidays from Sardinia to the British Virgin Islands (BVI’s). She spends her summers sailing around the Italian island of Sardinia, the Maddalena archipelago, and the tip of the French island of Corsica. Her winters are spent in the Caribbean exploring the BVI’s.
With the perfect balance of steady catamaran sailing and relaxed leisure activities, Agave is the perfect choice for those looking to switch off from the modern world and reconnect with the natural environment surrounding us. Use the boats on board SUPs and snorkelling equipment as you dive into crystal-clear waters and fully immerse yourself in the island-hopping lifestyle only time on a boat can provide.
Your Wellness…
… is at the forefront of everything that Agave offers. From daily swims in bath-like, azure, clear waters or hiking island trails. The Skipper truly believes that smooth sailing brings a meditative state that calms the soul.
All activities are optional, with guests able to get involved as much or as little as they’d like. Extra activities can also include a vineyard wine tour and an afternoon spa treatment; just let us know if you’d like to add these on.
Your ticket price also includes the use of the catamaran’s stand-up paddle-boards and snorkel equipment – perfect for exploring shallow bays and coastlines.
Dining Aboard
Working closely with local farmers and suppliers, your host will cook fresh breakfasts and lunches throughout your voyage using organic produce, fresh fruit and vegetables. Vibrant, healthy dishes that delight the eyes and truly satisfy the taste buds, Agave can cater for most dietary needs.
Evening meals are not included in the ticket price to give guests the chance to enjoy the delicious local cuisine ashore. Your skipper will guide guests to the best restaurants for all budgets, sometimes dining as part of a group and sometimes exploring alone – the choice is yours.

Getting Involved
Agave is really easy to sail, and your skipper can teach those who want to learn the basics of sail trimming and line handling, but guest participation is not mandatory or expected! The only expectation is that guests have the best relaxation experience and leave feeling reconnected to themselves and the natural world.
The skipper of Agave is Vincent, a Dutch sailor. From a very young age, he has been sailing with his parents and brothers in the Netherlands. Whenever the right weather conditions were there, they would take the sailboat out and sail on the lake in front of their house.
Vincent believes the feeling you get when gliding over the water using a natural element is just amazing, and it brings you into a meditative state, calming the soul. His passion is sharing this experience with as many guests as possible.
