Job Description
Our fleet of mostly traditional vessels are looking for qualified First Mates with current qualifications as below. Working with the skipper you will be delivering holidays on boats throughout the season here in the UK. You must have the confidence to jump aboard and get to know the vessels quickly and have experience of the charter market where you are responsible for guests and making sure they have a safe and fun time while with you and your crew. This can be a two year paid contract with winter maintenance work and the chance ocean passages for cargo/cruises for the right applicant.
Experience of Gaff boats preferable but not essential, from boats 50 -150ton.

Job Description
Experienced cooks required for on board preparation of meals for guests and crew. Up to 22 people for three meals a day plus baking of cakes and bread. Will be required to meal and budget plan with regular provisioning of food at port during changeovers. All crew are required to assist the cook with galley duties and will be on hand to serve and wash up during meal times. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous chalet experience that enjoys the outdoors, travel and sourcing local produce. Trial shifts available for those who are unsure about the ability to cook in a small space while underway.

Job Description
Looking to enter the marine industry as crew? This is the perfect entry position for you! Suitable for under 25’s with a keen interest in boats and traditional sailing and outdoors. The role is a holiday environment so hospitality experience a plus or a out going personality that is happy to look after guests and make sure they have a great holiday experience on board. Successful candidates will be given a fully funded training opportunity to get the STCW95 qualification.
