Dating back to ancient times, Vis was an important naval base during the Roman, Venetian, and Austro-Hungarian periods. Across the island are many historical sites that are well worth a visit on your stop off the boat, such as ancient Greek and Roman remains and medieval churches.

Hvar

Hvar is often called one of the most beautiful islands in the world and is especially renowned for its luxurious beaches and stunning landscapes. Amidst abandoned hamlets and craggy peaks, you’ll find vineyards, lavender fields, and pristine beaches waiting to be explored. Hvar Town, the island’s main settlement, is a vibrant hub with a lively atmosphere, historic architecture, and trendy bars and restaurants. Another highlight of island hopping in Croatia is Stari Grad, founded by the ancient Greeks in the 4th century BC and one of the oldest towns in Europe. Its rich history is particularly evident in its well-preserved architecture, narrow cobblestone streets, and charming squares.

Mljet

Mljet is beloved for its lush greenery and crystal-clear waters. Anchor here on board Kairos, and you’ll be rewarded with diving into the warm Mediterranean Sea, swimming along sandy beaches, and exploring the island’s famous saltwater lakes. The island is home to Mljet National Park, which covers the western part of the island and includes two saltwater lakes. If relaxation and stunning vistas are for you, Korcula certainly has it in abundance. Wander through romantic cobblestone streets, sip on white Croatian wines, and enjoy panoramic views from the town’s fortifications.
